STUDY ABROAD

The International and Area Studies Faculty urge all our students to study abroad. CCSU sponsors exchange agreements with a wide variety of universities throughout the world.

CCSU also offers, each and every year, a number of course abroad opportunities. Recent course abroad programs included study in Ghana, Belize, Panama, Australia, the U.K , Spain, Cuba, Peru, Italy, Barbados and Trinidad and Tobago.
 

On campus your first stop should be the CCSU Center for International Education, located on the first floor of Barnard Hall. Its excellent website is http://www.ccsu.edu/CIE/. You can easily click to the universities with whom CCSU already maintains liaison agreements. In addition, you can also check out the winter and summer session courses being offered in any specific year.

For anyone wishing to check out additional opportunities we have included a number of internet sites. These include information about hostels, scholarships and programs throughout the United States and the world. Dig in and find the information that might allow you to study and live abroad.
